Student Spotlight: Roper Oswald Shines on Stage
This summer, Houston Middle School student Roper Oswald stepped into the spotlight with a role in the professional production of A Bronx Tale at Playhouse on the Square.
Roper’s love for the stage has continued to flourish. He has since been cast in lead roles in Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein at Germantown Community Theater and A Christmas Carol at Theatre Memphis.
Next, Roper will audition for Ballet Memphis’ Nutcracker at the Orpheum, continuing his impressive streak of theatrical achievements.
