HMS is looking for a Head Coach and Assistant Coach to lead our swim team this upcoming 2024/2025 school year. This is the first year HMS will have a swim program run through the school. Our vision is to provide a safe and supportive space where swimmers of all abilities have the opportunity to achieve their highest physical, emotional and social potential while also representing HMS. Our swimmers grades 6-8, cover a wide spectrum of skill and abilities, and the ideal candidate is an experienced swim coach or assistant coach who can provide consistency, leadership and positivity to enable each swimmer to meet their highest potential and move on the compete at the next level. The perfect coach/assistant is someone who has a growth mindset and who is continuously looking for new ways to improve and expand the swimmers, HMS program, coaching staff and themself.
