Mrs. Davis has served in the capacity of Assistant Principal in legacy Shelby County Schools and for the last seven years as an Instructional Supervisor with Germantown Municipal School District. In addition, Mrs. Davis has led Professional Development and Teacher Evaluations at the district level and has been vigilantly committed to working alongside our teachers to develop their craft. Mrs. Davis holds her Ed.S. in Administration Supervision from Union University, a Masters of Education from the University of LaVerne California, and a BA from the University of LaVerne. Outside of education, Mrs. Davis can be found supporting her children (Johnathan, 20, Tre, 17, and Marcelles, 15) on the football field, track, or basketball gym. She is married to Marvis Davis, the Athletic Director of College Compliance and head basketball coach at Lausanne Collegiate School.

Assistant Principal:
Mrs. Strickland has been an educator for over 19 years, most recently serving Collierville Schools as a Federal Programs Interventionist at Sycamore Elementary School. She has also served as a Curriculum Facilitator, a Lead Teacher, and an Educator in both the elementary and middle school settings. Mrs. Strickland holds her Bachelor of Science in Education, her Masters in Administration and Supervision, and is currently pursuing her Educational Specialist (Ed S.) in Educational Leadership. Through various leadership positions, Mrs. Strickland has gained expertise in the TEAM teacher evaluation system, implementing new curriculum, and training teachers as a change agent. Outside of education, Mrs. Strickland can be found supporting her children (Addison, 14 and Stone, 11) on the field for soccer and in the gym for pom. She is married to Tim Strickland, who was recently named the Principal of The Collierville Virtual Academy.

Mr. Fisher received an undergraduate degree in Education from The University of Memphis in 2004. He continued his education by earning a Master’s degree in education (2008) and an Education Specialist degree in Administration Supervision (2010) from Union University. Mr. Fisher has over 15 years of experience in education serving as a teacher, lead teacher, district supervisor in GMSD’s office student services, and in building-level administration. He looks forward to working to aid his colleagues in creating a productive and safe environment for the students, staff, and stakeholders of Houston Middle School.
